Removed accessory holder 4 screws
Removed two bolts and took pic how mechanism connects in front. Pulled up seat. Disconnected wires.
Drama with trying to disconnect seat heater wire. Separate post on that.
Removed seat
Watched YouTube videos and used screwdriver and panel puller tool. Took time as it is a bit quirky. Just go slowly.
Swapped heater unit to new cover.
Put new cover on
Getting the outside edges to flip around and push on the lip of the base was a total bi%#}. I am surprised that no one else complained about it. I finally got it.
Installation was easy.
