No sound
I recently bought a 2011 Mercedes e350 after a week the sound just stop I checked the fuses already and bought a optical fiber loop and still nothing any other ideas

Interesting...i wonder now if its the head unit.
can you scan it with obd2 scanner to possibly see anything related?

I’ve bought a head unit already but when installing it it showed the anti theft locked I gotta take it to the dealership since they said they have to it manually

Yeah they have to program it to your cars VIN.
