M156 W212 Instrument Panel Replacement

Hey all,

I was wondering if anyone knew or has done an instrument panel replacement on an M156 W212 AMG E63 or similar panel. Perhaps a full digital display is a bit of an ask, but even the next gen panels are much nicer with some digitisation and wondered if any could be retrofitted.
