No Data Connectivity

No Data Connectivity
Hi All
I seem to be having an issue with connecting my car to the internet in the UK today .... Its a W212 with NTG5/5,5
I sent an address to the car via Mercedes Me 2020 and as per usual when in the car chose detination from Mercedes Apps , the car then usually connects via bluetooth tethering to retrieve the address but today i got a message saying data connection it temporary not available.
So i decided to try via the mobile hotspot instead of bluetooth but got the same reply. Then when home i tried with my home wifi but its just the same.
It wont connect to anything .... even internet radio wont connect via any of the above methods. I just get the same message about data connection is temporarily not available.
Internet radio says there is no internet connection but there is so god knows whats going on.
I removed my phone from the system ... removed MB Connect from my phone , reset my Comand unit but still no joy.
I callled Mercedes Me who put me through to Mercedes UK but absolutely useless ... still waiting on a call back.
Anyone else in the UK having issues or is it just me ?
