2013 E350 sedan rides rough over bumpa

1 Why do my 2013 e350 sport ride rough over bumps?
2 why when I'm driving and I step on the gas the car jumps like it's transmission is slipping?

Transmission skip

Is there a specific gear that is slipping? Mercedes had a problem with the early 7 speed automatic

Because it's 'sport'. The ride of Elegance/Luxury is soft (or normal to me), Avantgarde is harder, while Sport is hardest.

I'm not sure what country OP is in, but in the US the "Sport" trim is still fairly soft. Same suspension as luxury, just 15mm lower.

True enough, but there are very few "486' cars here, as LB says, most are 485 luxury or 677 sport which is lowered and feels more firm because of the 18 inch wheels and lower profile tires,

I don't know of any 486 cars in the USDM, at least from 2014-2016. I am less sure about the earlier models. My W212 is 677 and I have had a 486 W204 350. Night and day different. This 677 suspension is soft - even with 18" AMG rims, it rides very well.

My understanding is only the AMG's have the 486 suspension, not "wanna be's" like mine with all the AMG options.

No it happens sometimes when I'm doing 35-40 and 70 it's when I step on the gas pedal hard to get out quicker

I have exactly same experience as LILBENZ, I used to drive a w204 C200 with AMG package, with 486 suspensions and 18" rims (and 44psi on the first month...). This car almost destroyed my back.
Now l am driving a w212 E250 Avantgarde, l believe the video review is correct, Avantgarde's suspension is a little harder than Luxury/Elegance, not just lowered. So l changed the springs from 677 to 485, and with 16"rim l could feel a softer ride now than before and much much softer than the C200.

Yes, my cars kind of look the same, but so many parts are different, they definitely ride quite differently. Night and day.
