Navigation System Proplem

I attempted to update my Navi System with a set of DVD's I bought on Ebay. I had done it in the past with no problem, this time there was a problem. The first DVD loaded just fine. When it was time for DVD #2, I continually get an error telling me it is the wrong disk. Is there a way I can get back to the way it was before I did this? Some kind of reset? What are my options?
