2012 E350 Airmatic problem.
I drive 2012 w212 E350 in Korea.
It has airmatic with comfort/sport mode.
Engine off with sport mode airmatic, rear suspension is down in few hours.
But engine off with comfort mode airmatic, no problem.
Should I change airspring?
If you have any idea please give me answer.

The difference between sport and comfort modes is that with comfort mode spring is longer (higher ride height) and one spring leaking the good one still keeps both sides from going all the way down but you will see the leaking spring side is lower.
With sports mode spring is too short so it has not enough travel length to generate needed pressure to keep rear of the car up.
I had this same problem on my car and it was first difficult to understand why car would drop only in sports mode but the fact is it drops on both modes, just not all the way in comfort.
Get both sides air springs and change them out. The good one will go bad soon after so it is best to change them both. Job is very easy. Parts cost I don’t know in your area but here in the U.S. I got two Arnott springs for about $500 thru Amazon.

I also hard to understand why car drop only sport mode.
In Korea I also would get both rear airspring about $500.
