Android Auto/Apple Carplay Equalizer Settings

Hi Everyone - just wanted to share some information I found out regarding how android auto and apple car play function in compatible cars (this also applies to other vehicles outside of the W212 but with the same Comand). Unfortunately, you cannot access the equalizer and/or logic7 settings from either app. You can set them via Bluetooth or on the radio, but the settings are seemingly erased when you listen to music through either app (the result being flat and unadjusted music). The workaround is to turn off the automatic start for the app, plug your device into the media 2 port, play some music, and adjust the equalizer settings from the Media Interface tab. These settings will then carry over to when you listen to music through AA ACP. Hope this helps anyone else struggling with this.

Actually, if you have E-Class equipped with Android Auto or any latest MBUX compatible model, you can adjust Android Auto or Apple Carplay EQ fairly easily. Watch how to access in Shortcut #5 of this video:
