Missing Jacking Point component

So,

I went to put my snow tires on this morning and when I got to the right front tire, I went to put the rectangular delrin pad in the guide underneath the car, and there was no guide. Just a section of the frame with a 1"-1-1/2" hole in it. Without the guide, the jack quickly starts sliding outward and I'm sure will take out the lower ground effect trim.

Apparently some tire jockey in this car's past destroyed the pad. I can figure out how to change the tire, but I can't seem to find a replacement part in the traditional places. I've searched jacking point, jacking pad, and a few other strings.. but can't find the part.

Anyone have an idea of where I can get the part, or better yet, a part number for my 2011 E350 BT?

Thanks!
Thanks.

Weird. I always assumed those jack receivers were molded into the frame. I’m uncomfortable now knowing they are removable in some way. I guess you need to hit the junk yard to find that part.

That sounds like a part I might buy new from the Benz dealer, just to be safe. I believe there's one in Tiffin.
And there's a front jack pad to lift both sides of the front about two feet in from the bumper.

part number 0009986750, pretty cheap and easy to replace, I changed mine with an over size screw driver 40k miles ago without issue.

I agree on the OEM part.. and I DID NOT KNOW there was a pad in the front! Awesome.

I've watch many a tire jockey start to jack up a Mercedes, only to pound on the glass or run through the door to keep them from jacking up the car using the tie-rods, or Suspension components.

I doubt they are removable without breaking them in half with a misplaced hydraulic jack.
