Swapping Seats and Door Panels

Hello guys,

I have been thinking about a seat swap.
I bought my current E350 with electrical heated seats. The seats are in this beige(ish) light colour that I am not really a fan of.

This does not bug me that much, but rather the fact that I wanted to have a blinds on the rear windows.

Current Seats I have

So after a bit of searching, I found an amazing set of seats + door panels. The "new" seats are in probably one of my fav colours for interior leather, with blinds on the rear windows and have more options with them (including ventilation).

Found Seats From Parts Car

Here's the problem:
I have read on this topic quite a lot and in all forums people say it is a hard work to retrofit ventilated seats.
My question is - How hard can it be and could someone provide any sort of tutorial on this topic?

Let' say I buy the seats, door panels, upper control module. What else would I need for this job?
Another wiring harness maybe? And how do you swap the old one with the new one?

I am also curious if I get seats with multi contour like these one:

Multi Contour Seats

Can I make this work on my car?

Also curious if seats from W212(facelift), W218 CLS could be installed on W212 (pre-facelift)?

Worst case - Even if I cannot (it's a LOT of work) make the new ones work, is it possible to at least swap the seats and keep the current functionality?
Example: I get seats with heating/ventilation and multi contour, as I only have the heating option - new seats will be only able to heat?

I have read here, that people suggest some members on the forum to help with swapping, but I am from Bulgaria and such options would not work for me :/

Thanks a lot!

Your seat color have to match the door panel color or it would look strange.

Yes, I know that. That's why I have written

Maybe I should ask a more simpler question first.
Can you just swap the leather parts on the door panels?
I have heard that they are riveted to the door panel itself.
