I received a 'Auxiliary Battery Malfunction' and sought to replace the battery.
Bought the replacement battery, but finding the actual placement of the battery on the car was another mission.
It was not placed in the boot next to the spare wheel nor under the Passenger Side dashboard.
I found mine to be in dashboard of the side panel on the driver side. Noting my vehicle is right hand drive model.
Remove dashboard side panel. Once removed, this bolt will hold the battery bracket in place. Loosen this bolt in preparation to removal of the battery. Proceed to loosen 3x T25 Torx head screw bolts under the steering column protection cover. You may now be able to slip your hand underneath to remove the battery terminals and replace the battery The auxiliary battery
