Paddle shifter issue

Downshift paddle shifter works but the up shift doesn’t. Any help ?

Put a scanner on it and see if the switch works.

I imagine an icarsoft MB2 or better would be able to see what the switch is doing, but I can't swear to it. Obviously Xentry or the equivalent would be the gold standard. Either of those would be able to give you any fault codes.
