DIY: How To replace your stock steering wheel with a modern AMG wheel
Hey guys,
One of my favorite mods I have done to my W212 E550 is upgrading the steering wheel from the stock "old man" wood steering wheel, to a more modern AMG wheel. This new wheel feels and looks much better with the better grip, alcantara sides and aluminum paddle shifters. I have had a few people ask where to get the parts and how to do the install so i thought I would do a video on it and give all the details. Important part is, it is cheaper than you might think (after you sell your stock parts) and the install is super easy.

Nice video. I'm sure this will be helpful for anyone wanting to upgrade.
What year is your E550? It looks like a 2012. My 2012 had a flat-bottom "AMG style" wheel. If I had a "circle" wheel I would definitely be upgrading.
