OE TUNING or Tunes?
Makes no sense.

First, you can reset your TCU to get it out from the “granny” driving mode that it somehow learns to go to. Mine does the same thing, even my S550 does.
Reset procedure:
1. Get in the car and close all doors.
2. Turn key to position 2 or press the start button twice. KEEP YOUR FOOT OFF THE BRAKE PEDAL. You do NOT want to start the engine during this procedure.
3. Press the gas pedal all the way down and hold it.
4. After holding it for 10 seconds turn key to off position or press the start button once to turn all power off.
5. After power is off lift your foot from the gas pedal.
6. Wait for 2 minutes. Do not open doors or touch anything, just wait for 2 minutes. Time it!
7. After 2 minute wait open door.
8. Go drive and enjoy!
Problem with this procedure is that depending on your driving you need to do it again in a couple of weeks, but it works every time though.
Somewhat permanent fix is to install Sprint Booster or a like. I have Sprint Booster and it is awesome what it does. It practically eliminated the throttle lag and makes car a lot enjoyable to drive. Costs $300 and, at least in my car, is super easy to install as you just take two nuts off the gas pedal assembly and install sprint booster directly in the pedal assembly and then the car wire harness to the sprint booster.
I highly recommend this device if you only want to get rid of the gas pedal lag. And it makes the car feel like it has more power but I don’t think it does.
