Hello, I need to replace the driver's side headlamp on my 2013 E350 base sedan. When I look it up on the OEM parts pages, I get a Xenon bulb (000000-007622) at a price of about $165. The bulb is marked H7 35w 6000K and has a number HNXGY 120607752 on a label. The bulb has two leads that are preinstalled through a round rubber grommet that goes into the twist off access cap. There are waterproof connectors on the ends of the bulb leads. Anyone run into this or know where I can find a replacement? I would just like to go back with a standard replacement. Thanks.
You're right, thank you. I found the ballast and it's by a company called ONEX. The bulb is still burning but very dimly so I am suspecting that maybe it's a ballast issue. Unfortunately I can't find a direct replacement and that brings on another question or two. Can you tell by the metal adaptor what type socket it is adapting the H7 to fit? It looks like it's made to fit the original projector housing. I'm not quite sure what direction to go, any suggestions?

Your car came stock with H7 halogen bulbs that previous owner swapped out for aftermarket HID kit, see if you can look up Onex? for a new ballast, if not and you want to keep HID's likely best to get a new model specific conversion set of ballasts and bulbs, or convert to LED's also an option, third and cheapest option is to revert back to H7 halogens.
Thanks everyone, for your replies. I have swapped bulbs and it looks like the ballasts are good. I’ll replace the bulb first and if I’m not happy with that, I’ll just get the new HID kit.

pretty sure there's only a few standard HID 'bulbs', most are D2S or D3S but there are some other standard types (none of which have wire pigtails on them AFAIK).
