Sorry I can't help on the heat range of plugs. I buy MB genuine, its easier and safer for me.
Thank you for the feedback! Original parts are always best. Brazil has some crazy tax rules so I usually import parts from the USA. FCP Euro has often proved to be a good source but they might miss some "tropicalization" changes the car undergo for different markets.
What is bugging me is that from your pictures, the MB genuine plugs you received are made by Bosch and have a heat range of 6 based on the code at their base. The difference is that based on the pictures from your old plugs, they also seem to be made by Bosch and with the same heat range. I don't know if I'm just overthinking this or if they used colder plugs for the cars in Brazil.
So mine a tropical country, got BOSCH version from day 1. Engine was assembled in Germany.
My car overall its body doors yada yada is locally assembled in Indonesia, but NEVER the engine hahahah.
