The additional sticker states 827 lbs max for combined passengers plus cargo. I guess that difference will be two light adults at 125 lbs (definitely not me )

On the H-rated tires, perhaps I am being paranoid , but after the Firestone debacle in 90's, anything is possible.

wow, that is a low payload for a mid sized car like the E.... I thought our wagon's payload was low at 1080 lbs (our old W124 wagon and my even older Volvo 740 wagon was closer to 1200 lbs).

I also have a 2013 E350 Sport sedan 4matic and am satisfied with the Continental Purecontacts, which I believe were original equipment for the car.
Hows your experience with purecontacts? I heard Purecontacts LS are improved and very quiet and comform tires? since these are grand touring which are more quieter than high performance? what you think? I'm also thinking about LS.

UPDATE............................................ ...........

I installed Conti Purecontact LS and very happy with the tires, these are super smooth & quietest tires and best for comfort/luxury ride. I drove over two weeks and happy with my choice.

Thank you all for your opinions/comments.

All else equal, the biggest factor on these cars is the weight rating. The most dependable tires I've had the best experience with that meet the weight rating are the Continentals and Hankooks

The DWS06 were the best all seasons I put on my car. Currently I have summer tires but will go back to all season next year because the tires felt like rocks driving it under 40 degrees last winter and I drove my girlfriends car more and I hate her lexus.

The Michelin Pilot sport 4S though have been my favorite overall tire so far (but theyre summer tires). Better than the DWS06, contiprocontact, and the other continental tire my dad has on his 2010 E350 sport.

I will next try michelin pilot sport AS4 next, but only because I’m gonna get it from costco and save 150$ over the DWS06.

more just for your future tires/help others that may read this.

Can confirm, I run DWS06 or the Continental Contactsport (DWS made for America's Tire) and it's a perfect match since they're grippier than the compounds available when the car was release, but on the plushier side of a UHPAS. The factory Cinturato P7's are pretty good too.
