Particles in my ac system

Hello, my ac system stopped working.
After disassembling my ac compressor i found teflon/ rubber like particles in my

This is the biggest one i found
I found 2 others but very small.
Can someone tell me where they might come to the ac system.
i think it is the reason for my ac to stop working afternight .

Is you blower running, when you press manual button?
Hard to tell material from the picture, but looks like shredded piece of belt, so check under the hood.
No matter what it is, clean it, replace filters and make sure the blower runs without restrictions.

where exactly did you find these?

If inside hose or compressor or other part could be:
Cut seals or when they made hoses they did not clean them properly afterwards

And yes they could ruin the compressor.

i found them inside the compressor!😅
i think my system is ruined with these particles.
i never changed hoses.

i am thinking that a hose might have failed internally casing this issue.

the are rubber like and easy to split

Yeah you will need system flushed and may need new condenser and evap if any of this crap got inside and clogged a few passage ways...

IF you do not clean properly then this crapmay break loose later and ruin compressor again...

You have what We used to call way way back when I work at mechanic shop during HS a CATASTROPHIC FAILURE - and a new boat payment!
