That is great. My 14 E250 is at 92K and I do my own maintenance too. Only one repair...a split boost pressure hose which was covered under the AEM extended warranty. I do mostly highway miles and have averaged 45.2 mpg; very pleased with this car. Concur I would love to see the next gen diesel in a US spec E Class, but I'll be hanging on to this one for quite awhile.
Now with extended warranty in USA they are the best deal ever.
New OM654 engines might never make it to America. When they are on European market for about 10 years, even for 2022 Sprinters, who sell in much bigger numbers in USA, they are not offered.
MB USA is pushing 4-cylinder gas engines instead.
MB should offer a V6 Diesel in the E Wagon.
I love my 3rd gas Wagon, but hate the gas mpg!

V6 per my experience suck about 30% more fuel, when power gain is pretty small.
I ended up with V6 Bluetec in my Sprinter only because I did not find such model with I4.
Would have been nice to get the new generation I4 diesel in any of these guys, something like 15% better mileage then the OM651 if I remember correctly with same or slightly more HP/TQ. As long as your not racing these 2 liter diesels do pretty good IMHO.
