Need help! 2010 E550 bi-xenon with night vision

Hello, I need some help... My driver's side low beam is out and I have the dash message. I am having a hard time finding info on fixing it. Some places I look state that the night vision package takes different parts than those models without it. This is the bi-xenon lights too. On my sheet of the car it shows option package P02 Premium $6,800 option. and option 610 Night view assist PLUS $1,750. I am looking for some advice as I want to fix it myself. I do know that it has the bulb, ballast and ignitor but that is all I know. Help with part numbers and how to check which component would be greatly appreciated!

Capture shows bulb part # also included CU # reason being 'worst case' scenario may not be bulb but rather CU corrosion.

One more question about the same above 2010 E550. I just replaced the battery (AGM aftermarket 900cca) yesterday, what year did MB start the battery re-register that needs to be done with factory style software? I assume this model needs it but don't want to pay for something it doesn't need. Thanks again.

So this is the same as for the bi-xenon with night vision? Thanks lots for the help! Will these work?

I have the night vision too - the low beams are just Standard D1S bulbs -
The "high beam" location is what throws out infrared via and H7 bulb..(you cannot see anything as there is a filter inside the housing)

I'd highly recommend the D1S - Osram CBB (cool blue boost)...

Cheers

One thing all owners of the P2 lighting package and above want to do is check the seal on the headlight lid. That ring gets loose, and over time it does not seal enough that it lets vapors to get inside the headlight.
