DAB missing on W212 2013 Facelift

DAB missing on W212 2013 Facelift
Hi all
I’m new to the forum and new to Mercedes ownership for that matter so I hope you don’t mind this post and I hope that someone can help.
I have recently purchased a June 2013 W212 E220 SE (Facelift model). I was of the understanding that DAB was standard in this model and when I search by my VIN number online it seems that I certainly should have DAB.
However when I look at my radio bands DAB does not appear - only FM, MW, LW.
Do any users have any experience of this issue? Is there anything I can do to fix or have I just been unlucky in that one of the standard features isn’t included in my vehicle (misbuild maybe?)
