2011 merc e350 w212 om642 engine vibration when cold

Greetings I have a 2011 e350 w212 om642 3.o v6 87000miles.
I've recently changed the engine mounts (febi)due to slight vibration and clonking gear changes, it's sorted the gear change issue out but I've since gained a vibration through the whole car abit like having the base turned up on the radio which makes the steering lock rattle on the back seat until the engine temp gets up to around 50° then it's fine,
there's no loss of power or anything like that.
when the engine mounts come the o/s mount had about 3mm of up and down play in it already so sent it back thinking there was an issue the second one came exactly the same does anyone know if there is ment to be a bit of play in it or is it ment to be solid?
I've checked to make sure the air filter boxes and plugs ect are fitted properly no warning lights or stored errors, could it just be a coincidence and I need to be looking at something else?
in the last 6 months its had all the oils and filters replaced
Help please cheers

2014 E550-sold 😩
Sounds like a misfire issue that’s not noticeable when you start driving, but strange you have no codes.

This could be a fuel injector that sticks or flows poorly at low pulse widths. You may need to have the injectors cleaned and matched to be sure. I have heard of this happening on other cars and it's almost impossible to diagnose. I used to have the injectors cleaned and matched about every 30,000 miles or so to keep the engine running strong. This is a quick way to regain lost power.
