2014 e350

Changing steering wheel

Just got a 2014 e350 a couple weeks ago. It's my first Mercedes and I'm loving it so far but am really missing the wood on the steering wheel that my old Lincoln had. Can I just buy a wheel off eBay and swap them out or will that require going to the dealership to have stuff re calibrated or whatever? And does the steering wheel have to come from the exact car your going to put it on or do they just have to be the same style?

Color... If you're purchasing used cover, switch blocks, contact p[late can be swapped from your current wheel if need be.

Ok. I found this wheel off a cls but it looks like everything's the same would that be compatible?

Yes, he wants your VIN. He needs your VIN to look-up which existing steering wheel part you have.

At some point or another the great Konigstiger has all of our VINs so no worries, hehe.

You see codes associated with recommended wheel in post 6 above well best to match with codes found for your wheel only way to compare is to pull your VIN.
