NTG 4.7 MOST to RCA decoder

NTG 4.7 MOST to RCA decoder
Gents,
Has anyone found a MOST fiber optic decoder for the NTG 4.5 - 4.7? I've searched the internet for awhile to no avail. I've also tried a $600+ decoder about 4 years ago, it wasn't compatible. I think it was from MoTec?? I'm somewhat of an audiophile. Looking to incorporate DIRAC Live to try and rival the new Burmester audio. Just to be clear: MOST fiber optic to L and R RCA.
Little back story: I've disconnected the HK audio. The mid-high range has a harshness at the crossover point. It can be heard with "I and E" especially with female vocals. Also, kinda no bass even with the sub. Otherwise a good system. But, this bugged me and I've been running a 2 way active JBL system via miniDSP. So, I have no radio or bluetooth phone calls. But, even my daughter (11y) says how much better it sounds! Looking to get all the functionality back and keep my DSP settings. Thanks if anyone can help!

My car is a 2015 E63s
The product in the link supports up to year 2012. I've found similar boxes that support up to 2012, but nothing for '13+.
I believe the box that I tried in the past was not compatabile with NTG 4.5-4.7. The interface could see my car's audio system, but not decode. I used the engeneering menu and checked the parameters (don't remember all of them now). Tech support said return it, not compatible with NTG 4.5+
