Cooling Fan Running High Speed W212

I have a 2012 E350 4MATIC Blue Efficiency (W212). About 30 seconds after turning on the car my cooling fan engages at high speed and stays on until I shut off the car. My AC works and I recent did a coolant flush as well as checked to see if its throwing any codes. The scanner populated two B codes for the AC B1113-15 and B210D-21 (Picture provided below). I disconnected my temp sensor near my cabin air filter as that was one of the codes but nothing changed. I can upload a video/audio of the sound if that helps. I am trying to figure out the problem (I think it may be my AC pressure switch/sensor under the heat shield near the radiator but I want to inquire if any one else experienced this problem or has any advice before I end up taking it to Mercedes for troubleshooting

I do not have experience with this particular error code but I have experienced a bunch of communication errors like you have there. My issue was a low main battery, and they were resolved by charging the main battery and disconnecting both the main and auxiliary batteries for several minutes then reconnecting.
