Buying a 2014 E350 4Matic through Carvana

My son used to work for them on the inspection/repair lane. Yes, they have a lane who inspect everything. and repair when needed.
But from his opinion, when the lane was going slowly at the beginning, so the cars got properly check, in later years the management gave them less and less time, so you can imagine the results.
They build their tower next to main freeway in Las Vegas, but I don't see more than 50% of the spaces taken in it.
Is that good or bad? I see their website is flooding with cars
Overall I think Carvana is a bad idea unless you get your own pre-purchase inspection within the 7-day return window.
While Carvana is not setting out to get lemon cars and dump them on buyers, they're not exactly preventing it either.

Also I have three front plate brackets for US plates, one has four small screws, the other has two large screws, so they were different. also my '12 Luxury has little dimples for Euro plates as well so six little dimples, four of which were used. Luckily as of last April, Ohio no longer requires front plates.
