Im trying to do some basic diognostics on my facelift w212 but when i try to scan the car i get this error on my xentry pass thru i was wondering if anyone else had experienced this error as i cant seem to find much information about it online. The xentry passthru is from 2021 and im using a mongoose pro which is recognised by xentry and i believe it uses all the correct protocalls to get basic info so maybe its a software issue im unsure any assistance would be greatly appreciated thanks
I have a naughty Xentry 2020 pass-thru but using knock-off Tactrix ( super cheap and good ) and original Tactrix and they both work okey.
