12 inch Android 11 Screen "FY-03": sound drops occasionally
I'd be thankful for some help!
I bought an aftermarket 12 inch Android Screen "FY-03" with Andoid 11, for my W212 2014 v4.5 and had a workshop install it. But they could not solve a problem I'm having:
Sometimes the sound drops when I'm on a call using the CarPlay app (even though the phone is still connected to CarPlay - maps work etc). The only solution is to restart the whole device. (sometimes the sound becomes very low, specially my mic seems to loose it's ability to pic up sound)
I wonder if anyone has the 12 inch screen (10-inch seems to be different) with Android 11, that have had/solved the problem?

I have a more serious problem also, the microphone seems to have become bad after installing it. People complain that the sound seems distant and “boxed”. Any ideas what could be the issue?
