I have several family members with MB/BMW and VAG products in the greater Charleston WV area. I am lucky enough to have great Indys in Alexandria and Charlottesville, Va, but they seem to mostly rely on dealers in WV. Can anyone recommend any shops that have all the necessary STAR/DAS/Xentry/Autologic/whatever else VAG and BMW require? The tri-state area (ashland/Huntington) are also viable options given how close everything is.
