Intelligent LED - 641/642 how does it cool itself ?

Gents,

A nice teardown video here :

I been waiting for a video like this, so that we can see how these LEDS are cooled.
Being a semiconductor the LED single module or array is... with junction temperature not allowed to exceed 120C , better <100C ...........how can it be cooled enough when ambient temperature in engine bay at slow speed
or during a traffic jam is 85C for guys in the tropics like me at 32C average.

Left image are the cooling fans 1 & 2 , headlight view as seen from the front.

Below image is from ebay

Where does the fresh air comes from ? I do not see opening or filtered opening.
How does the hot air get exhausted out of the light assy ? Where are the exhaust ports ?

Someone messaged me asking what is probably wrong with his Daylight Running Lights ( DRL ) one being dead and one is weak, his city is as hot as mine, same country too.
I told him I won't be suprised the DRL will die ahead of time compared to other LED arrays in this headlight assy.
One is the high hours DRL will be/is running and the heat it has to endure = earlier death.
Now looking at the implausible cooling system....hhhmmm, I will mostl likely be turning OFF my DRL if for city driving (crazy bumper-2-bumper traffic) and will only operate it if I travel out of town or a lot in highways ( better speed ).

Anyone ever felt the actual airflow of the LED cooling system ?

Good info. I'm worried the fans will be the early death of these. On hot days here in Virginia, mine run for upwards of 40 minutes after the car has been powered off.

They even spin up when I unlock the car in anticipation of being run...

I think that is because the DRL is ON during the door opening event. Mine I set without the welcome thingy, so DRL is only ON when key is inserted into slot, but key not yet turned...this last like a few minutes if I do not do anything else with the key.
When engine ON , DRL will be ON or OFF depending if I choose DRL to be activated or not. For now I killed the day time DRL for experiment sake.
DRL has logged 1,580ish hours and headlight low/high beam is like 500ish hours as seen from scanner if I remember correctly.
