Hood badge flat emblem size help
Hi,
I have a black mercedes w212 2013 model. I have a flat hood badge in silver and blue. I want to swap it out for an all black one. I ordered a 57mm one on Etsy it doesn't fit. Looks about 2mm too big. Does any one know if the size on my model is 55mm? Seems hard to find a 55mm badge. Am I missing something? Anyone got experience with this issue?

It sits very flush with the hood, although not within the original 'dimple' where it was originally designed to sit. iirc, that requires a 45?mm badge that they do not make. There were forum members here who had previously custom made them, but no longer do so.
