Need help: how to increase power of M276 engine
Hello friends. I would like to know what is your opinion on how to increase power output to 300bhp and 400Nm of torque. What performance upgrades would I need and how much is the cost to upgrade?

You don't state which year E300 you have, or your location. But...
INFINITELY cheaper to trade-up to a stock, 2016 E350 Sport... (any 2014 facelift)
302 hp @ 6,500 rpm... 273 lb‑ft @ 3,500–5,250 rpm (just 20 lb ft short of your desired 400Nm)

Looks like the E300 had a detuned version of the M276 which was only 248hp and 251 foot pounds of torque or 340 Nm. Standard US E350 from 2012-2016 had the 302hp and 370Nm of torque. Most people don't bother with mods/tunes, cheaper to get another model that has more power. Either look at an E400/E450 or E550 for more power. Turbos can really increase the power output with a tune, non turbos, well the tunes don't really do that much maybe 10hp or so but will cost you about the same as a tune on turbo where you might be able to get an extra 80-100 hp.

only way you're going to get 400 ft-lbs is turbocharging, and thats complicated as heck on a highly a managed engine like this, easier to get a E400 thats already turbocharged

Exactly, increasing power is way more efficient in turbo engines rather than increasing power in non turbo engines
