Need help with latest EPC information - for Caster Arm

The item #200 A2123302711 left side and the right side one ending 2811 on my 2018 EPC and the online one from Middle East shows that , the bearing/bushing item 210 is not inlcluded.
Like this from FCP Euro, bushing/bearing is not included.
However, I once bought a set left and right the same Caster Arm #200 but for W204 and has bearing/bushing included and installed and there are part numbers for where bearing/bushing is included and it is in my 2018 EPC too.
Is there changes in later EPC, say 2021 or current one where for item # 200 Caster Arm for W212 having the same part number of A2123302711 left side, but bushing/bearing is included ?

Either above is a new offering from MB but P/N stay the same, or a very good forgery.
Seller claim genuine part/s and I compared some details/stamping on my own Caster Arm, they do look legit.
