Hey everyone. I've been searching the forums and internet for months with no luck, thought someone here may have had a similar problem.
I had a left side headlight ballast go out a while back and replaced it with an Amazon one. High/low beams work, but when set to auto beam assist, it flickers the high beam on/off on the replaced side.
The right side still functions as normal, and there's no warning lights.
I've replaced/swapped bulbs a few times with no luck. Unfortunately I don't have a STAR, and live in the middle of nowhere. Love this car, and would love to get this working again. (Also keyless go doesn't work on drivers side for some reason, sometimes it'll work for a month or two if anyone's got ideas for that lol)
Wondering if the ballast somehow isn't compatible? Or could the shutter be sticking/miscalibrated? The high beam light in the cluster stays illuminated with the current bulb.
Currently thinking the next step may be a different ballast, but more than happy to try anything overlooked!
