I was trying today with "eco" driving.
normally I have about 6L/100km when I am going bout 140km/h 85mph (about 47 mpg in uk).
today as I wasn't in rush going to airport I said to myself let's check how low I can go.
I set cruise control on 105km/h (65mph)
result you can see below.
I think I could break 5L/100km but I can't imagine my self driving below 90 on motorway 🤣
and even driving 105 was not fun at all for me and I felt tired.
I am driving always on S mode, E mode is only on photos as I switched engine off and set key on ignition
what is your experience.
My is w212 from 2012 e300 bluetec hybrid (but hybrid does nothing when you driving. It benefit me only on road tax when I have to pay only £20 a year, when e250 I think is something about £200 a year)
My average was for almost 30k km (over 2 years) with something like 7.7L/100km I am doing 85% city and rest motorway

My E250 om651 is in my sig average about 40mpg (US). On one fill up got 44mpg (US). The highest I have scene after about 35miles the trip showed 49mpg (US). That was babying it however on a all freeway section before I got to the mixed city section of my commute. Pretty sure I could get higher but havnt had the time or trip to try it.
