Good news! Car went back to MB Louisville yesterday. Service manager inspected the car according to the above and called to confirm that not only was the ECU bone dry, but that the car has zero fluid leaks in general. Hopefully I'll have some pics to post here shortly, PUMPED!!!!

Like you, my car requirements changed and I needed a small pickup to help haul goods to work on my 120 year old Victorian. The 2014 E550 4M is an amazing vehicle that can go like stink and return great mpg. It really is bulletproof and such a unicorn. I would not have sold mine, had my situation not changed. You will really enjoy it. 👍

Well, first off, huge thanks to @PeterUbers and @konigstiger for all their help with making sure this oit of state purchase went as planned. Second, HOLY SMOKES!!!
This car really is the best of both worlds. What a hidden gem these E550's are. It's an absolute pleasure to drive and I'm pumped to get into some small tasteful mods. I couldn't be happier with this purchase and feel like 21k for something of this caliber is a no brainer. I was also pleasantly surprised to learn the car is ceramic coated which was not advertised, paint is in EXCEPTIONAL condition, better than my 18' GLE. Couple pics attached:

@konigstiger , how the heck do I get one of these "service sheets" for a 2018 W166 (gle43 if that matters)? I've searched high and low and can only find a 2016 version. I'm all about learning to fish but man MB doesn't make finding these documents easy...
