TCU flash brings transmission adaptations back to the default, so depend how far out of normal you drive, you will notice that more or less.
I never noticed.

My IINOVA 5610 scanner will not communicate with the TCM. It displays comm error. IINOVA tech support says it is capable of comm with TCU. They say my car is at fault and to check for open fuse. I checked all of the fuses and they are good. I noticed through web search, that on the car, DLC pin #11 is a stand alone connection for the TCM. Did IINOVA mislead me?
