So the brakes I did back in October 2017 were worn out after 50-60k miles and 5.5 years.
The rears rotors were fine so I just picked up a set of pads at the dealer out of convenience/necessity. Sorry no pics.
The fronts are 360mm rotors and I had a set of OEM “2-piece” front rotors off my E63 that after a light machine were still within tolerance and fit perfectly.
These E63 rotors weighed 8.5lbs less each vs the E550 by my scale.
Front pads I went with Pagid semi metallic off Rock Auto.
Brembo does not like reinventing the wheel. They are the same diameter. Two piece vs single piece. You can also put E550 rotors on the E63 if you don't track, and want to save money.
The pads on the right in the pic look like they have plenty of pad left, the mileage you quoted still seems okay though. I wish I had the confidence to do my own brakes.

Nice to see a familiar face after being gone for a while.
Between the 2 w212 cars I’ve done 3 full jobs (pads and rotors front and rear) and one pad only job front and rear. The fixed caliper fronts are easier than the floating caliper rear IMO (AMGs have fixed rears as well and are better designed/easier in every way). It’s pretty straightforward so if you’re thinking about it go for it.
Here is my E63 setup with the Brembo 2-piece which made the hand me down possible. Also pictured are all the tools I used for the job.

That's really awesome. I've watched several Youtube vids on doing it, but just don't feel that comfortable. I'll pay the 900 bux for the indy shop I use to do it.
I already have rotors, pads, sensors......just waiting for the brake light to come on! Currently 75k miles on the OEM's which seems pretty damn good to me.
