I'm looking to buy these for my 2014 E550 4matic, they are from E63 supposedly, will the rears fit? Can't find any other confirmation.

No idea about fitment on an E550, but tire sizes for 19" E63 wheels are:

255 / 35 / R19 (Front)

285 / 30 / R19 (Rear)

 

Yes, they fit. My 2014 E550 4M with the multispoke 19” OEM E63 wheels. Same exact offsets of 52 and 37. 245/35 and 285/30 to keep the 4Matic happy.
