You mean the electric folding? Apparently it's an option, so it may or may not have it, if it was available for that model/year. I'm pretty sure it was not betting $.
My '13 C207 did not have it, but they would fold in manually. My '16 C207 does have electric folding, which do not fold manually. Well, they might but it feels like they'd break if you did.
If you have elect then it should be in the dash menu to choose if you want them to fold or not.
