2015 E63s - Bluetooth does not work with my new phone
Hello everyone,
As the title says, I have a 2015 E63s with around 15K miles on it. Car is mint. Everything works fine, but my Bluetooth no longer connects to my NEW phone. Worked fine with my old phone, upgraded to a Galaxy S23 and it simply cant see the phone and the phone cannot see the car.
Is this normal? Do I need to update "firmware" somehow? I found a few adapters that plugs into MMI but I don't know if it will work for phone calls, only info I can find is that it will allow to stream music.
Please help.

Congrats,
I have got a Samsung Galaxy Note20 Ultra , I know a mouthful name to say . Well, it works nicely with my car . I have a few tips for you and make sure those are on .
Open Bluetooth
Press 3 dot at the top right side near by Scan . Press Advanced Settings under which you will see a new menu . . Turn On Music Share and Ringtone Sync (this Ringtone has nothing to do with the connection but it just enhances your experiences with the car ).
You can also see Bluetooth Tips menu when you see Advanced Settings . It's just under the Advanced Settings menu

fwiw, our 2016 pairs just fine with a google pixel 6a (me) and 6 pro (wife). it works more reliably than a 2016 toyota prius v we temporarily have as a 2nd car (the Prius often requires futzing with settings to link back up)
Thank you everyone for commenting and posting suggestions!
I am glad to report that I was able to resolve the issue, which was partially - me. Below are steps that I took to make it work, I don't know if all steps are required or accurate (writing form memory), but here they are nonetheless:
1) As BenzV12 said - I went to my advanced Bluetooth settings and enabled Music Share. No clue what this does, but now its on.
2) As DubVBenz said - I cleared all devices from the system, did that through Engineering menu in the Command System (have to press Red Hang-Up button, 1, and # - hold all 3 for a few seconds and menu will open). One of the choices in the menu will allow to clear all previous connections. I also increased how long Command searches for new devices from 15 seconds to 30. Didnt know how to exit the engineering menu, so I shut off and restarted the car.
3) Followed this very easy tutorial:
Thats it, now it works. Hope this helps someone else.
