M276 camshaft position sensor instructions and torque

Hello, can anyone post the official instructions for replacing the four camshaft position sensors on a M276 W212? I'm specifically interested in the M276.9 on a post-facelift 2016 E350.

Alternatively, does anyone know the torque value for the CPS bolts? I want to ensure they're tight enough to seal the oil in but not enough to harm the head. Thanks.

Thanks. I know it's a small, easy job but I like to ensure I don't miss anything and have the correct torques. The CPS to heat bolt torque is 9 Nm

To complete the procedure, here's the intake manifold removal procedure from the WIS (on BenzWorld).
