Where is the PCV and PCV valve in the OM651 engine

Where is the PCV and PCV valve in the OM651 engine

Hi guys! I want to know where the PCV and PCV valve are located in the OM651 engine. Thanks!

Believe its built into the plastic valve cover on top, that round cap looking thing with the hose coming off of it, next to the dipstick in that picture.

thank you! That's what I was thinking too, I want to change the valve but the mechanic said we need to change the whole cover on the top we can't change that round cap only is that true? Anyone has done it before here? Thanks.

Have you tried removing the cover? There supposed to be a membrane that wears out, see

Not sure havnt done it. I did see some various videos where it shows you can rebuild the valve. Look up the parts for it and see what is orderable.
