Misfiring after replacing intake manifold
I own a 2011 w212 e350 I replaced the intake manifold since the flap was broken and then i got misfiring from cylinder 1,4,5,6 and I don’t happen to know what the problem is .

Likely unmetered air (air leak). Did you replace all seals and gaskets? Did you torque all fasteners to MB specs? Are all hoses and electrical connectors securely connected? Retrace all of your work.

Yeah, did you use new O-rings for the fuel injectors? It's also easy for the intake manifold gasket to slide and not be on straight after you drop the intake down on it. Did you make sure it was lined up before you torqued it down? And yeah, lots of things to connect/disconnect so recheck your work, could be something loose.

my guess is intake is leaking.
Either because improper install or something attached to it and internally connected to air flow is leaking.
R&R intake and check everything
OR check as much as you can before R&R intake.
Could also be wire or connector to injector or coil pack fault.
