2015 W212 E400 Suggestions?

2015 W212 E400 Suggestions?
What's goin on fellas? I have a 2015 e400 sedan, and I'd like to think I know a little bit about cars, but I'm not sure where to start. I do want to do some performance/cosmetic mods and make my car sound a little louder (not a lot my neighbors are karens) . If anybody has any suggestions for beginner mods, I would greatly appreciate.
Little backstory on why I got this car:
I'm 18 now, but when I was 17, I used to have a white w211 e350 with a tan interior. Loved that thing. SO ahead of it's time. Unfortunately, I was involved in an accident with a pickup truck going 60 and T-boning me. The car got totaled, but it saved my life. Luckily, I only came out of the accident with a fractured spine, and from then on I knew that the only car I was gonna buy next had to be a Mercedes. The brand practically saved my life. I was looking and looking and I found the one. A white E400 2015 with amg rims, night package, 329 hp twin -turbo engine, etc. It was a very good deal and I went to the dealership within the week that I saw it, and I got it. I have had it since October, and have loved every minute of owning this car. I have done nothing to it, not even new tires or tints. I don't even know where to start; I definitely do want to get tints, tires, and new rims (rims have lots of curb rash last driver was a moron) ASAP.

2015 to today 2023 is 8 years old car your E400.
I do not know what is the car mileage.
If I were you, maintenance to make it feel and mechanically behaving as new as possible is the goal you must take at this point in time, because you bought a pre-owned car.
I was 15 when I got my first car MK2 Supra in 1983 and a + 2 years inflated age licence so that I become a "legal" 17 years old driver hahahaha... thanks to Daddy, but it was brand new...so modifications is high priority.
M276 3.0 Turbo engine and the tranny 722.9 is not cheap when neglected.
How complete is the service record of your E400 from Day 1 ?

Sorry to hear that incident ,glad to hear that you were saved by the car's solid toughness .
Aside from that , whatever you buy for your car please don't buy replica rims or chip unbranded tires . You can replace logos such as hub cap , hood to newer black colored ones as well .

Maintenance is always the #1 priority to make the car run as close to 100%. However, if your funds allow for it then go with a reputable tuner. I suggest Renntech or Kleemann for a ECU tune.
