I was involved in a rear end collision for the second time in the last 6 years. Initially was able to push the neck Pro headrest back into place on both driver and passenger seat no problem. This time the headrest doesn't even budge. Pin everything looks in place as well as latch. This model does not have a special tool that needs to be used only Brute Force. Does anybody have any suggestions outside of what I got from Mercedes is replace the entire assembly which is $4,000 without labor for both headrests.
