Tire/Wheel Question

I have 19" aftermarket wheels with low profile tires on my E550 cabriolet and I just discovered the front right wheel has a crack. I am in Ohio and leaving for Florida for the winter on Sunday and it will take 10 days to get another wheel in. I was thinking of putting on one of the front OEM 18" wheels on the car to make the trip to Florida. The OEM tires are 25.4" (235/40/18) and the aftermarket tires are 25.5" (235/35/19). Opinions?

Do you have 4 of the 18" OEM wheels?

There will be differences in weight and what not with the different wheels, not sure I would want to drive that far with the setup.
