Top up coolant E200 CDI
Hi,
My car has the "Top up coolant" message.
What kind of coolant does the W212 E200 CDI from 2012 need?
Would be much appreciated if anyone could guide me.
Thanks!

Toward the back of your Operator's Manual under "Service Products and Capacities" it should show what to use for your model. If you don't have that manual you should be able to download it from MB.
My concern would be, "Where is the coolant going?".

I had really good experience with MB coolants, so if you are in hurry, go to dealer and he will match the coolant for you.
MB changed coolants about 3 times in last 15 years, but from what I could check, at least the 1st (pee color) and blue are mixable.
Beware that in US ,dealers are selling Zerex, what per my experience is inferior. Take your time and find OE coolant on the net.
You can add some distillate water in the mean time.

FO is Faroe Islands, I'm not in the US. Just called the local dealer, they were unable to tell me a price. All they said is I probably have a leak which I doubt but could be a possibility.
