Exclamation The Service Has Been Holding My Car Hostage for 6 Months

Hello everyone,

I gave my car to Mercedes Service for guaranteed maintenance in July. The service said that the vehicle would be repaired free of charge and would be delivered after 10 days, and for the last 6 months they have not returned my vehicle saying that the part did not arrive. During this period, they gave me a loan car, but I want to take my car back. Is there anything I can do legally during this process?

What maintenance did you take it in for?
Why repaired for free?
what was wrong with car?
What part is on backlog? (it happens)
where is dealer?

Frankly, with good loaner I would not complain.
