Extended Warranty app to Dark Ash Trim?
I posted this in the sticky above but not sure if anyone has seen it...
Does anyone know if the extended warranty for the fading burl wood trim applies to those of us who have Dark Ash Wood trim?
I have a small fading section above the glove box and the dealership rejected the claim because I don't have burl wood. I emailed MBUSA and they told me the warranty is vin specific, that I do have it on my car, but that the dealership is responsible for navigating the warranty process. I have called MBUSa and they're looking at this specific issue, since my car has the warranty attached to it. A bit confusing.
Has anyone with dark wood trim been able to have the dealership repair it?
